Responsible for the group's finances and the development of English-speaking markets.

Ludovic is CEO and founder of the Heytalent group.He comes from the world of major IT projects, and his main experience is in project management for large IT transformations. His organizational skills led him to save major projects in Asia, Europe and North America. On his return from West Africa and after having spent 1 year to help with the transformation of a massive agricultural cooperative in Western Africa, he launched Heytalent in Lausanne in 2015.

He knows from experience that the greatest risk of IT projects is linked to the recruitment process and the difficulty of finding good match candidates in a FAST way to create winning teams. He decided to take up this challenge by launching Heytalent.

IT Business Partner – french speaking Switzerland


Responsible for audits, consulting and implementation of Infrastructure, Cloud and Security projects and services.

Christophe is an IT project director. He completed a Master's degree in Telecom and a Master's degree in Technological Project Management at ESSEC and TELECOM Paris. He then obtained several certifications in the fields of network (CCNP R&S), project management (ITIL/Prince2) and cloud/security.

For over 17 years, he has worked for SMEs and large international groups in France and Switzerland such as Thales, Bouygues Telecom, Ford Crédit, the Ford group (Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda, Volvo and Ford), Firmenich and finally the Safram group as an IT consultant where he held the positions of Telecom Manager, Network Coordinator, Network Architect and IT Project Manager, successfully managing up to 20 IT projects in parallel with budgets of +2M CHF.

In 2020, he joined HeyTalent and partnered with Ludovic and Oumaima, sharing the same human values and vision of client satisfaction with personalized support, responsiveness and quality deliverables.

Christophe is involved in all tailor-made offers and consulting services, in strategy and in the implementation of IT projects in the areas of network, cloud and security. His motto, like HeyTalent, is: Excellence, humility and integrity.

Business Partner – french speaking markets


Responsible for HR, development of the e-heytalent.io market place and development of French-speaking markets.

Oumaima is COO of Heytalent Group. She is passionate about HR innovation. With a dual degree in management and human resources, she has developed new approaches to recruitment and skills management.
She collaborates with HRs and CTOs of startups, consulting companies and large groups.

In 2018. Oumaima met Ludovic and they launched the e-heytalent project. Their conclusion was clear: new technologies cannot be effective without people, hence the creation of the concept of "Matchmakers". HeyTalent offers an innovative approach, facilitating access to the talent data thanks to its algorithms and a map of Talent skills.

Talent Acquisition Team Lead


Responsible for the internal recruiting team and the matchmakers program.

Zineb holds both a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management and a Master's degree in Human Resources. She is very sociable, agile and with a skill for communication, she has paved her way in the field of recruitment by enjoying the human dimension of what she does.

Zineb joined Heytalent in 2020 alongside Oumaima and Ludovic and developed her passion for the IT field. She now manages a large portfolio of clients for permanent and freelance positions within consulting companies and end-clients.

She has a good understanding of the environment of each of her clients, the challenges of the different open positions and projects they have. She seeks to understand the true needs of her clients, attentive to their requirements but also very reactive to meet their expectations.

For her, agility, perseverance and resilience are the keys to the success.

In addition, she manages and leads the network of Matchmakers "independent recruiters around the world" and help them to find the best candidates for our clients.
