A unique experience in this area
The Heytalent DNA is directly linked to its founder Ludovic Le Moulec. Ludovic has acquired extensive experience in setting up and delivering large IT projects (ERP, development projects, change management, digitalization, etc.) all over the world (Asia, Europe and North America). On his return from West Africa and after having devoted a year to the transformation of a massive agricultural cooperative, he launched Heytalent in Lausanne in 2015.
Ludovic knows from experience that the greatest risk of IT projects is linked to the recruitment process and the difficulty of finding the best candidates in a FAST way to create winning teams. Heytalent therefore initially focused on its ability to find “rare birds” with all IT skills and specifics.
